During open gym hours, United Fit offers 1-on-1 and small group training. These hours are provided to help specific health, fitness and sports related goals. From health management, yoga mechanics, fight prep to improving your sports performance, our trainers provide their services to help each of our members at a personal level.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our facility schedule revolves around group fitness classes. During group class hours, up to 30 people per fitness room can be lead into their choice of exercise (Stength & Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga). These classes provide a motivating community environment for all fitness levels to be a part of.
