LEG DAY  (Tuesday: 5:15AM)

is a Strength & Conditioning class designed to build muscular endurance, power and anaerobic systems for our lower body. Muscles Used: Quads, Hips, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves, Core

PULL  (Wednesday: 5:15AM)

is a Strength & Conditioning class incorporating full-body pulling movements. 

Muscles Used: Low-Mid-Upper Back, Biceps, Shoulders, Glutes, Hamstrings, Core

HARD-CORE  (Thursday:5:15AM) 

is a Strength & Conditioning class that focuses on core strength and stability, while targeting the lower & upper body with dynamic bodyweight and resistive movement. 

BODY-BUILD  (Friday: 5:15AM, 6:00PM)

is a Strength & Conditioning class that combines cardiovascular and resistive exercise  to improve our endurance and trunk Muscles Used: (Core, Back, Hips, Glutes, Calves) 

MORNING MIX (Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30AM-7:00AM)

is a Functional Training class that combines balance, stability and cardio-resistive exercise to improve full-body strength & endurance

 

LOWER BODY  (Tuesday: 5:30AM-7:00AM)

is a Strength & Conditioning class that targets the cardiovascular strength, muscular endurance, power and anaerobic systems of our lower body.

UPPER BODY  (Thursday: 5:30AM-7:00AM)
